These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Railflow website and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Newsletter

By creating an account, you agree that we may add your email address to the Railflow newsletter, which is delivered through beehiiv, our third-party email provider. The newsletter includes product updates, announcements, and other content related to Railflow, as well as personal content from Dani Gleba's personal brand that is not specific to Railflow. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email; unsubscribing will not affect your account or your access to the Service. We will continue to send transactional emails necessary to operate your account. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your email address is handled.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Railflow and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Railflow's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Railflow a limited license to host, store, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. Railflow is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
