Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Railflow website and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Newsletter

By creating an account, you agree that we may add your email address to the Railflow newsletter, which is delivered through beehiiv, our third-party email provider. The newsletter includes product updates, announcements, and other content related to Railflow, as well as personal content from Dani Gleba's personal brand that is not specific to Railflow. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email; unsubscribing will not affect your account or your access to the Service. We will continue to send transactional emails necessary to operate your account. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your email address is handled.

4. Plans, Billing, and Credits

Railflow offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis through Stripe, our payment processor, and include a monthly allowance of credits that meters the AI work Railflow's cloud performs for your workspace. Unused credits do not roll over. Paid plans are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee, and you can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change plan pricing or allowances prospectively; changes never apply retroactively to a billing period you have already paid for.

5. The Free Plan and Local Execution

On the free plan (and optionally on paid plans), jobs run on your own device through the Railflow local runner, software you install on a computer you control. The local runner executes jobs by operating third-party AI developer tools that you have installed and signed in to yourself — such as Anthropic's Claude Code or OpenAI's Codex — under your own account or your own API keys. For jobs that run on your device: (a) the AI usage is billed by the relevant AI provider directly to you, and Railflow charges you nothing; (b) Railflow never collects, stores, or transmits your subscription login, session tokens, or locally configured API keys — they remain on your device; (c) your device's resources, network, and repository access are used to perform the work, with your own credentials; and (d) you are responsible for the security of the device the local runner runs on. Because the work is performed by software and accounts under your control, you are responsible for complying with the terms of the AI provider whose tools you connect (see Section 6).

6. AI Providers and Your Credentials

Railflow interoperates with third-party AI providers, including Anthropic and OpenAI. Your use of their models, tools, subscriptions, and API keys is governed by their own terms — for example Anthropic's Consumer or Commercial Terms for Claude and Claude Code, and OpenAI's Terms of Use or Services Agreement for ChatGPT and Codex. You represent that your use of Railflow with those tools complies with those terms, that any subscription or API key you use belongs to you (or you are authorized to use it), and that you will not share account credentials through the Service. Availability of subscription-based execution depends on the policies of the relevant provider and may change or be withdrawn without notice; Railflow is not responsible for a provider limiting, suspending, or terminating your account with them. Where you choose to store an API key with Railflow for cloud execution, it is encrypted at rest and used solely to run your jobs.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Railflow and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Railflow's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including prompts, task descriptions, repositories, and the code produced by your jobs. By submitting content, you grant Railflow a limited license to host, store, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit, including the repositories you connect.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with or links to third-party services, including GitHub (repository access), Stripe (payments), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI models and developer tools), and others. Railflow is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Railflow does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Railflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
